Next is LibrePhotos + UhuruPhotos. No app in FDroid, but at least is has 0 trackers. Both demos servers are currently down, and as I already have one tool installed via docker, I can as easily install another. So point for #Docker.

Migrado #homeassistant de #docker a baremetal utilizando un viejo NUC que tenía cogiendo polvo en un cajón.
Tenía un pincho #bluetooth que se desconectaba de los diferentes sensores de temperatura que tengo por la casa aleatoriamente.
Ahora me va infinitamente mejor y supera los inconvenientes de tener otro trasto encendido por casa.

Una de las cosas pendientes que tenía para hacer con el sistema de #vigilancia de casa era que nos enviara las notificaciones de detección (captura del infractor + video) y no tener que visitar la web de #frigate. Con un contenedor #docker en #proxmox y un poco de configuración... Funciona al 100%, tenemos un #bot de #telegram que nos lo dice todo 😁😁

Well it turns out I've maxed out my #Synology NAS' #docker abilities. Time to build a #Proxmox server, which I've wanted to do for a while, anyway.
It's amazing what the Synology can do, it really is. But 10 gigs of ram just isn't enough for what I need. And fighting with #Caddy vs Synology's built in #nginx is too annoying.

@suzannealdrich The Minisforum UM890 Pro is a nice #MiniPC. That #AMD #Ryzen 8945HS is a nice #APU :) You may get reasonable performance out the #Radeon 780M #iGPU for #AI and #ML tasks and it has a #RDNA3
If this the only server, then #Proxmox would be a good option for VMs and #LXC containers. Proxmox uses #Debian so you can #Docker or #Podman. Just watch your compute resources :)
