Angesichts Mark Zuckerbergs angekündigtem verschwörungsbehafteten Kurswandel hin zur Normalisierung menschenfeindlicher Hassrede auf den #Meta-Plattformen #Instagram, #Facebook und #Threads habe ich mich heute entschieden, auch meinen #WhatsApp-Account zu löschen. Diesen Grund habe ich davor noch allen meinen WhatsApp-exklusiven Kontakten mitgeteilt, und dass sie mich unter der selben Nummer auf #Signal erreichen können. Für bestehende Gruppen habe ich noch einen Signal-Gruppen-Link dazu ergänzt und angemerkt, dass alle willkommen sind.
