#freelance people, here's my situation:
Client asked me to do the work. Negotiated me down to $45 to fix "code errors". I did 100% effort to do said work but unable to complete without doing one of the 4 recommended proposals I provided to Client. Client refused all 4. I spent 4 hours for a workaround and still couldn't and it is not "code error" related but server setup related. Does the client have the right to a refund?
