Testing out Kirby CMS and loving their philosophy so far. Easy to develop and deploy, minimalist interface & uses flat files instead of a lumbering database

Hello hello! A new video just released on YouTube. This video is a little tutorial on how to setup #Vitejs in #KirbyCMS. We take a look at the configuration and play around with #lightningcss as a css parser.

Fellow #KirbyCMS users: Is there anything special I need to take care of when creating pages as files?

I wrote an import script to convert some data into Kirby pages, they are listed on the front end, but in the panel nothing shows up.

Good morning! A new video just released on YouTube, the second episode of me coding the moinframe website. We take a look at how to implement site wide content in #KirbyCMS and use that in a block.

Hope you enjoy it!

I worked on the markdown implementation and added support for the github style alert boxes. After some thought, I abstracted the implementation in a "Processor" and added an interface for easy implementation of those. With that, you'll be able to extend the way markdown is processed in your installation and add processors for custom tags that render your own snippets. Like a youtube tag and player, or some internal modules / logic. #KirbyCMS

The plugin is meant to be used on a plugin developers website to generate documentations in the spirit of the #KirbyCMS docs, but it can also be used to have a documentation of installed plugins on client sites or you can add whatever markdown files you want as a plugin yourself. A wiki, product data, what do I know :)

"People will probably downvote me for this and say it's a skill issue, and maybe it is.." I love this start of the very hot Laravel thread on Reddit these days. I had to write some own thoughts about it from my distant viewpoint.

What software / platform are you using to document your #KirbyCMS plugins? I've seen and used things like Vitepress, Nuxt Docus and of course Github itself.

I had a quick thought about building an easy integration using Kirby virtual pages. Like get all markdown files from a plugins docs folder and render a documentation page in spirit of the kirby docs. Then I could have Github Markdown files, but also add it to my website.

Oh and I almost forgot about the third series we're doing. The idea is to give quick insights in plugins from the #KirbyCMS community.

The first video features the awesome Password Guard Plugin by @ReneHenrich 👏

It's still a bit cringe to see my face and here me talk, but I hope you enjoy the video anyways, haha.
