दिल्ली की एक महिला ने हाल ही में ऑटोमोबाइल उद्योग में अनुभवी पेशेवर अपने पिता के लिए नौकरी के अवसर तलाशने के लिए लिंक्डइन का सहारा लिया। एक दिल छू लेने वाली पोस्ट में, महिला ने अपने पिता की अद्वितीय विशेषज्ञता और कार्य नीति के लिए अपनी प्रशंसा व्यक्त की। उन्होंने अपने पिता का परिचय एक “कर्तव्यनिष्ठ, मेहनती, वफादार, सहानुभूतिपूर्ण और असाधारण प्रतिभाशाली व्यक्ति” के रूप में कराया। उन्होंने कहा कि उनके पिता, जिनके पास ऑटोमोबाइल उद्योग में 30-40 वर्षों का अनुभव है, ने स्वराज माज़दा, मारुति ज्वाइंट वेंचर, अल्फा कोटेक इंडस्ट्री, केडी इंडस्ट्रीज आदि कंपनियों में प्रबंधक, प्लांट हेड, निदेशक और सीईओ के रूप में काम किया है।
महिला ने आगे अपने पिता के नेतृत्व गुणों पर प्रकाश डाला। उन्होंने लिखा, “जिन लोगों ने 20-30 साल पहले उनके अधीन प्रशिक्षण लिया था, वे अब भी उनके साथ हैं और उनके मार्गदर्शन में रहने के लिए उन्होंने मेरे पिता के साथ कंपनियां बदल लीं, मुझे इस बात पर जोर देने की जरूरत नहीं है कि वह किस तरह के नेता हैं।”

महिला ने नौकरी बदलने का कारण भी विस्तार से बताया। उन्होंने कहा कि उनके पिता अपने वर्तमान संगठन में वित्तीय अस्थिरता का सामना कर रहे हैं, जहां उन्हें पिछले वर्ष से अपना निर्धारित वेतन नहीं मिला है। उन्होंने कहा, “इन सभी बाधाओं के बावजूद, वह कंपनी को अपना 200% दे रहे हैं, यहां तक कि अपने रविवार और अतिरिक्त घंटे भी कंपनी को दे रहे हैं, यह सब उनके सहानुभूतिपूर्ण स्वभाव के कारण है।”

महिला ने एक दिन पहले पोस्ट शेयर किया था. तब से इस पर 3,200 से अधिक प्रतिक्रियाएँ और 500 से अधिक टिप्पणियाँ जमा हो चुकी हैं। लिंक्डइन यूजर्स ने महिला के प्रयास की सराहना की. एक यूजर ने लिखा, “इतनी अद्भुत बेटी होने के लिए आपको सलाम। अपने पिता के प्रति आपकी अपार कृतज्ञता और समर्थन के साथ, वह वास्तव में एक भाग्यशाली व्यक्ति हैं और पहले से ही जीवन में विजेता हैं।”
“यह एक प्रेरणादायक पहल है… यह आपके पिता के प्रति आपके प्यार और सम्मान के बारे में बहुत कुछ बताता है। मुझे वास्तव में उम्मीद है कि आपके प्रयास उन्हें सही अवसर खोजने में मदद करेंगे। आपको और आपके पिता को सफलता की शुभकामनाएं…. शुभकामनाएं, “दूसरे ने टिप्पणी की.
एक तीसरे उपयोगकर्ता ने व्यक्त किया, “आपके पिता के लिए बहुत सुंदर पोस्ट! निस्संदेह आपने जो कहा उससे पता चलता है कि वह बेहद सक्षम हैं और वह जो चाहें प्राप्त कर सकते हैं। लेकिन एक बेटी द्वारा इस तरह की पोस्ट बनाना बहुत ही अद्भुत है! कम से कम मेरे लिए प्रेरणादायक सामग्री।”

Screenshot from LinkedIn's response saying they're totally fine with it IS mine, however. And fun fact I just learned, if you report a post on LinkedIn, it's forever hidden from you even if they take no action.

I made a couple of posts on LinkedIn for the first time. They include images and I added Alt text, but when I look at my posts I can't see a way to view the Alt text.
Does anyone know what I'm doing wrong?
I'm not asking on there since I don't really like the platform - I'm just posting on there because I need to get a job.

I just saw a post on LinkedIn that Microsoft is raising the price of Office 365 for some users because of new AI features they've added. The increase could be as much as 33%.
Apparently, if you get a message about this price increase and then cancel your subscription, you're magically offered the option to subscribe to "Office 365 Classic", which is the same price and doesn't have the AI features.
I don't pay for an Office 365 subscription so I can't verify if this works, but frankly if I did I'd cancel it right now as a way to get rid of the AI. I'm sharing in case it helps anyone, and I'd love to hear if anyone tries this and if it works.

Oh and as an aside: whenever you come across scammy corporate behavior like this you should report it to the FTC at https://ftc.gov/complaint . That form eventually asks for a bunch of personal information like you're address but you can omit that.

Ah ben oui c'est bien connu, le poids d'un fichier woff2 est proportionnel à l'épaisseur du trait et pas au nombre de caractères gérés.
Et pour le print, pour que la différence soit notable, il faut probablement un sacré volume et ça vaut sans doute le coup de se demander s'il faut imprimer tout court à ce niveau.
