It's puzzling to me why with all this talk about #digitalwellbeing there's no "send when online/without a notification" option in every #chat platform, just as in #telegram.
I am a night owl and would like to send messages whenever I have something to say on my mind, even at 2 AM, not causing any disturbance on the receiving end.

Il capo dell'#intelligence militare ucraina, Kyrylo #Budanov, ha definito l'app di messaggistica "dannosa" e una "minaccia alla nostra sicurezza nazionale".
Al momento, non c'è alcun segno che le autorità ucraine stiano seriamente prendendo in considerazione il blocco di Telegram. I legislatori stanno lavorando a un progetto di legge volto a regolamentare le piattaforme che diffondono informazioni, tra cui Telegram.
