My first two Favourites in Safari on my Mac are the Met Office and BBC Weather pages for my area.
I just went to check the weather, only to find Safari had changed the BBC Weather icon to a picture from the 1984 film Threads.
No idea why Safari picked that of all images, but I sure hope it's not representative of today's weather forecast!

@hayley @iska pretty sure google allocator (tcmalloc?) does per core with rseq. but nog c. probably depends on gc design if there is stuff for it to take advantage of or not. and expected thread count etc (low #threads=low overhead from extra heaps). moving threads between cores will always be expensive anyway though maybe you just shift the cost around

It was reported that #Threads is developing a groups feature on their platform, IIRC they're going to call it "Looms". Once it's up, let's create two groups called "Weavers" and "Fraternity". ^_~ #Wanted
